Who We Are
At Indigo Children for Elderly Care, we are more than a service, we are a community based organization rooted in compassion and driven by the leadership of our CEO, Angela Smith. As a devoted mother of three and a daughter deeply concerned in her family’s needs, Mrs. Smith has witnessed firsthand the challenges and necessities of elder care. Inspired by her own experiences with her parents, aunts, uncles, and in-laws, Mrs. Smith has channeled her business acumen and extensive community connections into forming a robust network of caregivers.
Under Mrs. Smith’s guidance, Indigo Children for Elderly Care has gained overwhelming support from our community, united by a shared commitment to ensure our elders can age with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Our state-of-the-art Aging in Place initiatives have been designed to reflect our core belief that every elder in our community should receive care as if they were a cherished member of our own family.
With a goal to raise $8 million, to implement our aging in place initiatives in the Bay Area, we aim to provide these essential community-based support services at no cost to the elderly. This ambitious endeavor is fueled by the generosity and spirit of our community, echoing a collective call to action to nurture the lives of those who have nurtured us.
